How is Nurture: SW19 different to other Wimbledon nurseries?
The nursery operates out of a beautiful Victorian house that was formerly a family residence. We have kept all of its original features to ensure it truly has a home-to-home feel. Our environment and high level of standards are the key differential.

What does Ofsted say about us? Nurture: SW19 has an Ofsted "Good" grading. We successfully met the criteria of a tougher and more rigorous EYFS framework. Here are some quotes from the inspection report:

  • Staff are friendly and interact well with children, demonstrating a genuine interest in what they say and do. As a result, children demonstrate they feel safe and are developing secure emotional bonds with staff
  • Staff use very effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour, which helps children develop very good habits and behave appropriately.
  • Management implements an effective performance management system, which allows them to tackle any staff or training issues swiftly. This means staff are able to effectively promote and support the children's development in all areas of learning.

How is Nurture: SW20 different to other Raynes Park nurseries?
We are open 52 weeks of the year and open from 7.30am to 6.30pm! We only close on bank holidays... Our staff are very highly qualified and deliver an exceptional education programme.

What does Ofsted say about us? Nurture: SW20 has an Ofsted "Good" grading and achieved this within 6 months of opening! Our aim across both nurseries is to be Ofsted "Outstanding". Everyday. Here are some quotes from the inspection report:

  • The nursery provides a home from home environment where children's emotional well-being is supported throughout the nursery.
  • Staff are positive role models. Behaviour is managed in a positive way; therefore children are well behaved and learn good social skills.
  • Management is motivated and leads a competent staff team who have high expectations for the children's care and learning
  • There is a good balance between adult-led and child-initiated activities which are very flexible and responsive to the children's needs.
